Academic Office
This form must be submitted to the Registrar & Office of Admissions by the Thursday prior to the final week of class.
Admission Application
Apply for admission to the Master of Education program at Revelation Bible Institute; and will later be verified at the Office of Admission.
Degree Audit Request
All students planning to graduate at the end of the fall semester may file applications for degrees online.
Guaranteed Application Form
Students must be graduated with an approved degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a four-point scale.
Internship Application
The due date for grades for incomplete work is the due date of grades for the following term. Must be submitted to the Registrar & Office of Admissions.
